Today I gave a presentation to the Vegas Young Professionals at Greenspun Media Group and shared ideas on how to network using online tools and also in person. I shared personal experiences on how I used social technology to help my friends find a job as well as use it to meet others in foreign countries when travelling abroad.

You shared some great examples for building relationships online. It’s important in this competitive job market for people to get an edge on their competition using social media.
Using social media is a great way to really expand one’s network far beyond live networking events in their local market.
